Game Sense Coach Requirements:
- Rank Requirement: Must be at least Champion 1 rank in Rocket League 🚀🎮
- Experience: Proven experience in analyzing gameplay and helping players improve strategic thinking and decision-making 📊👀
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of game mechanics, positioning, rotations, and map control 🧠🛠️
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain strategies and concepts clearly and concisely to players of varying skill levels 🗣️💬
- Patience: Capable of working with players who are still developing their game sense, offering constructive feedback and support ✨🙏
- Leadership: Experience leading a team or working in a coaching environment, providing guidance, and fostering improvement 🏆👨🏫
- Availability: Consistent availability for training sessions, coaching hours, and team strategy meetings ⏰📅
Freestyle Coach Requirements:
- Rank Requirement: Must be at least Champion 1, with a proven track record in Freestyle Rocket League
- Freestyle Experience: Must be highly skilled in freestyle mechanics (such as air dribbles, musty flicks, flip resets, and other advanced mechanics) 🛸🎯
- Creativity: Ability to come up with innovative freestyle training drills and exercises 🎨⚡
- Communication Skills: Clear ability to demonstrate and explain mechanics to players of varying levels 🗣️🤔
- Patience and Encouragement: Willing to support players in their freestyle journey, helping them to push past plateaus and build confidence 🌱💪
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and inspire players to achieve their freestyle goals and continuously strive for improvement 🌟🔥
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with other coaches to ensure all players improve holistically 🤝🎮
